Women’s Ministry

Core Values

As women rooted in sacred daily rhythms, we foster spiritual maturity through meaningful relationships to meet the real-life needs of others with grace and love.

Discipleship: Deepening faith, nurturing hearts.

  • Women often face unique challenges in their faith journey, balancing family, career, and personal growth. A dedicated ladies’ ministry provides space for women to grow spiritually through Bible studies, prayer groups, and fellowship with like-minded women and provides support for personal struggles such as grief, stress, or relationship issues.

  • Older women can mentor younger women, fostering spiritual maturity in a relational and supportive context. This strengthens the overall health of the church body as we intentionally build intergenerational relationships.

Community: Walking together grounded in grace and truth.

  • Many women desire deeper connections with others who share their faith. A ladies’ ministry creates a supportive community where women can build meaningful relationships, share life experiences, and encourage one another in their walk with Christ.

  • Women often need regular, intentional time to connect with others who understand their unique challenges and experiences, which helps reduce feelings of isolation or burnout.

Mercy and Mission: moved by grace to meet real needs

  • Women often have a heart for serving others.

  • A ladies' ministry can engage in local outreach projects, support missions, and provide practical help to those in need within and outside the church community.

Liturgy of Living: Every moment holy; every rhythm sacred.

  • Women need to be rooted in the sacred rhythms of daily life. Our daily patterns are what shape us, and women can encourage each other to choose rhythms that are life-giving and God-honoring.

  • We want to cultivate a life of worship that extends beyond Sunday, into kitchens and classrooms, offices and hospital rooms, conversations and quiet places—each moment a chance to encounter the sacred.

Simplicity: Clearing space to abide, not achieve.

  • We choose simplicity—not as an aesthetic or trend, but as a gospel-shaped way of life that frees us to love God and others more deeply.

  • We long to create space—not fill calendars—so that together we can discover what it means to walk with Jesus in the quiet, ordinary rhythms of everyday life. In that space, we grow not by doing more, but by abiding more fully in Him.
